Lorenzo Ghiro

I’m a post-doc researcher at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI) at the University of Trento (Italy) and I’m currently joining the ANS research group at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of the University of Brescia (Italy).

I received my PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Trento in 2021 defending a thesis on Blockchain technologies applied to Distributed Networks. My research interests, that have been cultivated in both the University of Trento and the Northeastern University of Boston (MA, USA), include Blockchain technologies, Distributed Systems/Algorithms, Wireless and Vehicular Networks.

I’m currently the teaching assistant for the “Distributed Systems 2” MS course at the University of Trento and the “Elementi di Reti di Telecomunicazione” BC course at the University of Brescia
