Raihana Ferdous

Raihana Ferdous is an assistant professor at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) at the University of Brescia. After receiving her Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Trento, she started as a researcher at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) and later at the National Research Council (CNR) where she engaged in the design of the solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Reinforcement Learning in a wide range of fields, such as, automated testing of XR systems & complex 3D games, network traffic engineering & bandwidth optimization, and, user/service behavior modeling & prediction. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Mining techniques and applications, Network traffic analysis, intrusion and anomaly detection systems, and Network traffic engineering and bandwidth optimization.
